1. Communication Barriers: Sometimes it can be extremely difficult to communicate your needs and expectations with a team that doesn’t speak your native tongue. We have not only hired good communicators, but we have trained our people in communications skills to help ensure that your needs are met.
   We will communicate issues as they arise and seek input when software requirements are not clear. We also have North American based project managers who will help ensure your project is working out well, and you are completely satisfied.
   
   
2. Privacy and Copyright: Whatever we develop for you belongs to you – our customer. We thrive on doing a great job, and the repeat business that generates. As we develop more and more for you, we will build up experience and expertise in your systems and we will get more efficient at covering off the issues that you may encounter on a regular basis.
   We have a secure network in place and we will take all reasonable means to protect your intellectual property.
   
3. Shipping: We not only take care of your manufacturing and design, but we will also will coordinate your logistics.. from shipping to warehousing and more!
